Unlike many competitors, we’ve been in this business for decades and have had our MENA office since 2006 as the very first company to bring citizenship programs to the Middle East & North Africa.

💬 Dr. Motevassel: Carib International guides the clients in choosing the best Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program by first understanding their goals, such as lifestyle, business opportunities, visa-free travel, and family relocation needs.
Each country offers unique benefits, so we match these preferences with the distinct advantages of each program that interests the Citizenship Applicants from a variety of backgrounds. With this client-centred approach, we simplify the process and offer tailored guidance, helping clients find the program that aligns best with their aspirations.

💬 Dr. Motevassel: The Prime Creative Art Centre is an approved CBI program under the Public Benefit Option (PBO) that benefits both contributing investors and the St. Kitts and Nevis community.
For donating investors, the Prime Creative Arts Centre initiative enhances their citizenship applications while supporting a meaningful cultural project that adds tangible value to their investment. For the local community, the Art Centre stimulates economic growth by creating jobs, supporting local artists, and attracting tourism. Furthermore, it acts as a cultural hub for creative expression, learning, and events that celebrate national heritage, benefiting not only St. Kitts and Nevis but also the broader East Caribbean Community (ECC).
This dual impact makes the Prime Creative Art Centre a model of sustainable, mutually beneficial growth.
🔍Q5 – Ray de Bono: In your experience, what are the most common misconceptions about Citizenship by Investment, and how does Carib International address them?
💬 Dr. Motevassel: Some common misconceptions about CBI include the belief that it is simply a “buying passport!” option, a process with no thorough vetting, that citizenship doesn’t offer tangible benefits, or that it’s only for the ultra-wealthy 1%!
We address them all by educating clients, providing transparency at each step, clarifying that
citizenship comes with lifestyle, business, and travel benefits, and explaining how the CBI supports long-term goals, known as “An Investment Going Through Generations.”

💬 Dr. Motevassel: I strive to ensure that the Investment Migration programs benefit both investing Applicants and the development of host countries by providing insights on successful global best practices.
Facilitating dialogue among local and international communities, officials, investors, and applicants to ensure that such programs address the needs of all parties for sustainable outcomes is only possible by collaborating with the governments to create policies that attract foreign investment while protecting national interests, focusing on transparency, accountability, and ethical practices.

Dr. Motevassel is a respected legal scholar and entrepreneur. He currently serves as the CEO of Prime Developments and Carib International. In addition to ambitious real estate developments, his companies specialise in delivering citizenship services, with a particular focus on the Saint Kitts and Nevis government-approved program.
One of the hallmarks of Motevassel’s projects is their global reach. A prime example is the Prime’s Performing Arts Centre, a groundbreaking social project currently in the works in Saint Kitts & Nevis.
