Sachit Kumar, the Managing Director of Globe Detective Agency Private Limited, comes from a distinguished family with a rich history in the private investigation field, being the son of its founder, Mr. Prem Kumar. Since joining the firm, established in 1965, Sachit has upheld the family’s commitment to excellence in investigations and security services. He holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, completed in 1987, and has over 37 years of experience leading GDA, positioning it as a leader in the sector.
His expertise encompasses corporate fraud investigations, employment screening, asset verification, litigation support, and intellectual property protection. Having managed over 15,000 cases, Sachit has earned a strong reputation among notable clients, including multinational corporations and government entities. Under his leadership, GDA has become a trusted partner in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) due diligence, conducting rigorous KYC processes to verify applicant credibility.
Sachit’s achievements include several prestigious awards, such as the “Investigations Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2008 and the “Lifetime Achievement Award in Investigation” in 2012. He has served multiple terms as President of the Council of International Investigators, contributing significantly to the field.
On a personal note, Sachit is a devoted family man, married to Mrs. Gaitri Kumar, a former Indian High Commissioner to the UK, and they have two daughters. His family’s support has been instrumental in his professional journey, helping to shape GDA into a respected firm in the industry.
