Apex Capital Partners Acquires Swiss Firm, Expands Into African CBI Markets

Apex Capital Partners has acquired Zurich-based investment migration consultancy Peck & Nascimben Global, expanding its presence in Africa through citizenship-by-investment services in Sierra Leone and São Tomé and Príncipe.

The acquisition, announced on 13 October 2026, will extend Apex’s licensing arrangements to both African countries, according to the company.

Marko Peck, founder and managing partner of Peck & Nascimben Global, has joined Apex Capital Partners as Vice-President with immediate effect. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Nuri Katz, founder of Apex Capital Partners, highlighted growing interest among high-net-worth individuals in African citizenship options, particularly for geopolitical diversification and longer-term economic opportunities.

‘The acquisition extends Apex’s activities in African investment migration markets while the company continues its advisory involvement in Argentina’s emerging programme’

The acquisition also comes as Apex plays a role in developing Argentina’s proposed citizenship-by-investment programme.

Apex is one of five members of Argentina Mobility for Investment and Global Opportunity (AMIGO), alongside AIM Global, Arton Capital, Latitude Group and Passport Legacy. The consortium has been advising the Argentine government on the programme’s design and implementation.

As previously reported by IMGlobalWealth.com, Argentina announced a proposed US$350,000 contribution route on 2 October, with applications expected during the final quarter of 2026.

However, the initiative has subsequently encountered legislative opposition, with several proposals submitted to Argentina’s Congress challenging its legal framework.

The acquisition extends Apex’s activities in African investment migration markets while the company continues its advisory involvement in Argentina’s emerging programme.
